The perfect size, fit and feel will do away with discomfort. Here’s a quick guide on how to choose the perfect underwear.
HOW TO GET THE SIZE RIGHT
Measure Hip Size

Stand on a level surface with your feet together so your hips are aligned. Now wrap the measuring tape around the widest part of your hips. Make sure it’s not too tight or too loose and record that number.
Measure Waist Size

Measure your waist around the natural indentation in your body or slightly below where you would normally wear your pants. Leave about a forefinger of space between your body and the tape to record a more comfortable number.
These sizes will coincide with the numbers you see online or on the pack so you can choose the right size for you between ‘extra small’ to whatever size you are comfortable with.
CHECK FOR FIT AND COMFORT
Underwear should feel good
Along with the size of your underwear, it’s also important to know how they’re supposed to fit and feel on your body. Underwear that is too tight could restrict blood circulation and cause poor ventilation that could lead to infections. Underwear that is too loose may ride up your body and restrict movement.
SO WHAT’S THE PERFECT UNDERWEAR FOR YOU?
The waistband of your underwear should sit flat against your body and fit snugly while the elastic around the leg openings should feel balanced and symmetrical. There shouldn’t be any extra fabric sagging in the front or back and all the seams should sit correctly.
