Be mindful of when sales happen, and be on the loyalty program, so that you have a viewing before the mob. Stuff your shopping bag with the basics – camis, leggings, neutral tees, white shirt, nude/black shoes, black skirt, etc. – because they are the skeleton of your wardrobe – before you move on to the other stuff, because sizes disappear fast.
Keep Your Eyes On The Prize
If you oh-so-want that one really expensive bag, boot or trench coat, save up for it. There’ll be many temptations, but trust us, when you make it to the finish line, it’ll be worth it.
Invest In Classics
You see the perfect statement chain, the leather bomber or that black dress that fits like a dream, don’t waste your time thinking. These are not easy to come by and are eternal classics that won’t go out of style, so take the plunge.
Stay True
Finally, always stay true to your style. If you don’t feel it, don’t buy it because you and I both know it’ll never see the light of day.
