Coco-Pinea-Spinach and Banana Smoothie


The goodness of coconut, spinach, pineapple and banana, all packed in one. Coconut water, rich in cytokines and lauric acid, minimizes skin ageing, balances PH levels and hydrates skin, nutrients in banana fights free radicals, vitamin c and potassium in pineapple fights acne and keeps skin looking young, while the “queen of greens”, spinach provides skin with ample vitamin A and antioxidants.
• ½ cup coconut water
• 2 cups baby spinach
• 1 1/2 cups chopped pineapple
• 1 ripe banana, cut in chunks and frozen
Blend all the ingredients, putting the liquids first, till smooth.

Almond Banana & Flax Smoothie


It’s super tasty, super pretty and super good for your flawless skin. The Flax seeds fight skin irritation and inflammation; the vitamin E packed almonds cleanse and flush out toxins from your skin and the banana, rich in vitamin A, B and E fights ageing. Yum!

• 1 medium Banana – frozen
• 1 spoon of peanut butter
• Fistful of almonds
• 2 spoons flax seeds
• ½ cup milk
• Honey (as per taste)
• Vanilla extract (optional)
Blend it all in and enjoy cold.

• 1 cup fresh strawberries
• 1 cup of baby carrots
• 1 cup banana
• 1 cup Pineapple
• 1 cup of mango chunks
• 1 orange, peeled
