Ingredients:
• ½ cup coconut water
• 2 cups baby spinach
• 1 1/2 cups chopped pineapple
• 1 ripe banana, cut in chunks and frozen
Blend all the ingredients, putting the liquids first, till smooth.

• 1 cup of mango chunks
• 1 orange, peeled
